27.6.2023 The third round of applicant selections has taken place. This time, cultural operators were offered free premises for temporary cultural activities in Nokia as well as in Tampere.

9.6.2023 The first demolition art house in Tampere opens its doors to visitors on Wednesday 7th of June at Pinninkatu 47. Pinni47 is a multi-storey art exhibition and cultural venue, which will enliven the Tulli area in the vicinity of the railway station in June and July.

5.5.2023 Operation Pirkanmaa, the regional development project in the field of culture, is launching an open call for proposals with the theme of cross-border cooperation. In 2023, cultural projects in the Pirkanmaa Region will be granted funds totalling 100,000 euros at maximum. The call for proposals is now open and will close on 4 June.

24.4.2023 The third round of applications is now open for the Meanwhile Use Scheme. The experts of the cultural services and city real estate management have again selected vacant spaces suitable for cultural use. This time, cultural operators can apply for two sites in Nokia in addition to the four temporarily vacant spaces in Tampere. Selected applicants will be able to use the nominated space rent-free for a fixed period of time.
